Purpose of Class
This class introduces students to CRM Software and explains why Customer Relationship Management Software is so important.

What is CRM Software Used For?
Sales — Keep track of leads so that is easier to close sales
Help Desk — Keep track of work orders
Projects — Keep track of people and requirements for a project
CRM Software allows managers to track employees and provides metrics that can be used in decisions pertaining to resource allocation.
CRM vs. Project Management Software — Project Management Software is generally more targeted to large projects such as Construction or Large Scale Migrations.
Hosted vs. Self Hosted — There are benefits and drawbacks to both.
The ability to Sync with Outlook and SmartPhones is a useful ability
